Towards the end of 2006, Zeleziarne Podbrezová a.s. suc- cessfully finished their certification process of System Quality Management (SQM), according to ISO/TS 16949:2002 re- quested by customers in the automobile industry. The certificate was issued by SGS Slovakia certifying company in cooperation with the IATF (International Automotive Task Force). This certificate confirming concordance of SQM with the ISO/ TS 6949:2002 Standard requirements for the following activities: Production and processing of seamless cold drawn and welded tubes, precise applications of cold drawn and welded tubes and products made out of tubes for the automobile industry. With obtaining this certificate we made another step towards fulfillment of our customer’s requirements from the automobile industry and at the same time it is a big obligation for our company in the field of quality products. Peter Pe ko - Manažér zabezpečenia kvality V závere roku 2006 Železiarne Podbrezová, a.s. úspešne do- vŕšili proces certifikácie systému manažérstva kvality (SMK), pod a ISO/TS 16949:2002 vyžadovaný zákazníkmi automobi- lového priemyslu. Certifikát bol vydaný certifikačnou spoloč- nos ou SGS Slovakia v spolupráci so združením automobilové- ho priemyslu IATF ( International Automotive Task Force). Priznaný certifikát potvrdzujúci zhodu SMK s požiadavkami normy ISO /TS 6949:2002 pre činnosti „ Výroby a spracovania bezšvíkových za studena ahaných a zváraných rúr, presné aplikácie za studena ahaných a zváraných rúr a výrobkov z rúr pre automobilový priemysel“. Získanie certifikátu je alším krokom k plneniu požiadaviek zákazníkov automobilového priemyslu a zároveň ve kým záväzkom pre našu a.s. v oblasti kvality výrobkov.
