Annual report 2021 Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. 48 INFORMATION FOR SHAREHOLDERS Dear Shareholders, Under the Company’s separate financial statements prepared in line with IFRS, the Company’s 2021 result of operations was a profit after tax of EUR 5 659 023, i.e. EUR 2.40 per share. The Board of Directors proposes to the General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 2 per share be paid to Company shareholders from retained earnings of previous years (2004 – 2010).
