47 3 Limited Assurance Conclusion Based on the procedures performed and the evidence obtained, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the Company has not prepared its GHG statement for the periods from 1 January 1990 to 31 December 1990 and from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 in all material respects in accordance with the criteria applied as explained in notes under Table 3 on page 4 of the GHG Statement. Restrictions on use We have prepared this limited assurance report for the Company’s Board of Directors to support the information published by the Company management on its sustainable development performance. We consent to the publication of this report within the Company's 2021 Sustainability Report and/or Annual Report 1 , so that management may demonstrate they have met their governance responsibilities by commissioning an independent assurance report in connection with the selected performance indicators included in the Company's 2021 Sustainability Report and/or Annual Report.
