REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD IN 2020 Dear Shareholders, In 2020, the Supervisory Board consisted of members elected by the General Meeting: Ing. Ján Banas, Ing. Jozef Marčok, Luigi Cuzzolin, Ing. Ľudovít Ihring, Ing. Vladimír Zvarík, Ing. Tomáš Ihring, Ing. Július Kriváň, and members of the Supervisory Board elected by the Company’s employees: Ing. Jaroslav Romančík, Soňa Lopušná (until 23 October 2020), Ing. Ivan Setvák (since 23 October 2020), Pavol Koštial (until 20 November 2020). Ing. Miroslav Vrabec was a member of the Supervisory Board elected by the employees from 20 November 2020. However, he resigned at the meeting of the Supervisory Board on 17 December 2020 and was replaced by Ján Cipciar on 15 January 2021 after additional election by employees. Ing.
