Under Slovak legislation, in particular Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. prepared its separate financial statements for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the EU. SIGNIFICANT EVENTS THAT OCCURRED AFTER THE REPORTING DATE From 31 December 2020 up to the preparation date of the financial statements, there were no such events that would have a significant impact on the Company’s assets and liabilities, except for those already disclosed in the attached notes to financial statements.
